Return Process

  Contact our concierge team through the support portal with your order number and high-resolution photos of the item in its current condition.

  Review and Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 business hours to ensure the item meets our return eligibility criteria and original packaging standards.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for the item to be collected from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a final inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
